Precautions for purchasing tickets

 

  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will refuse the visit of customers who fall under any of the following.

  • Those who are suspected of having a new coronavirus infection

  • Those who have cold symptoms such as fever, those who have strong symptoms such as dyspnea (dyspnea), strong fatigue (malaise), and customers who are not in good physical condition.

  • Customers who have or may have been infected with the new coronavirus infection, such as their family, work place, or school.

  • Customers who have not passed 14 days since entering Japan from an area where entry is restricted based on the Immigration Control and Refuge

  • Visitors should check the notes before purchasing a ticket from here.

 

 

 

 

 

Precautions regarding visits

 

  • Please be sure to wear the mask correctly when you come to the venue.

  • When entering the building, there is a staff member who measures the temperature and disinfects alcohol, so please disinfect your fingers.

  • In the works in the play, there are scenes where you get close to the performer or enter a small room. If you feel sick, don't overdo it during the play and go outside.

  • We will do our best to secure the social distance in the theater when lining up and entering and leaving the theater, so please cooperate in preventing infection and spreading droplets.

  • We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in refraining from talking in the theater during the performance.

  • We decline to accept gifts and letters from performers in terms of measures against coronavirus infectious diseases.

 

Precautions regarding the performance

 

  • During the performance, multiple small groups will form a group and enjoy the performance at intervals. (It will be carried out with 50% of the maximum capacity.)

  • We will take great care not to create a closed space as much as possible, such as opening the door inside the theater after each performance.

  • (Please note that there are some scenes in a small room.)

  • Since it is a performance in November, courts can be stored at the entrance of the main venue.

  • Cloak services and luggage storage are not permitted from the viewpoint of hygiene and safety. Please pack your luggage as small as possible and come to the venue.

  • The customer service staff will check the temperature and physical condition at the start of work, disinfect the hands and wear a mask.

  • As a result of considering safety and hygiene, we have canceled the provision of meals for each scene. We apologize to everyone who was looking forward to it, but we hope you understand it.
